This recording is simply wonderful. I don't know where to put it in my music collection. Do I put it with Chopin or with Jazz keyboards? But that doesn't detract. This CD takes Chopin pieces and de-constructs them and has fun with them and embellishes them and does what good jazz does and delights the ear. My jazz vocabulary is nil, and I didn't know what to expect when listening to this CD, but was delighted at the result. It helps to be familiar with Chopin, but I think these performances stand on their own. ---Slobberer, amazon.com
