Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood launched their Japanese Tour on 17 November in Sapporo, before heading south to Yokohama for a concert on 19 November. Although the first concert was a solid 20-song strong performance, the second night in Yokohama held a big surprise for Japanese fans. During the acoustic set, a re-arranged "Wonderful Tonight" was peformed - believed to be the first time this has happened in concert since the song was released on Slowhand in 1977.
