Manuel García García-Pérez (*Poblenou, Barcelona, August 19 of 1955) is a Spanish singer and painter. His first LPs were recorded with rock bands like Los Rápidos, Los Burros and El Último de la Fila.[1] His singing style is a mix of pop rock, flamenco and Arabic music. Today, García continues to have a successful solo career. Manolo became famous as the frontman of the Rock group "El Último de La Fila" (The last one of the line), during the 90's. As a solo singer he had exceled his previous success with "El ultimo.." They became famous in Venezuela with a song called "Como un burro amarrado en la puerta de un baile" (Like a donkey tighted in the door of a dance) Manolo is a poet and his lyrics are as good or better than his Flamenco Rock. As a solo artist he has beautiful themes as "Nunca el tiempo es perdido" ( The time is never lost ) He has fans not only in Spain but in all Latin America an between Spanish speakers in the USA. Another great theme is "Rosa de Alejandria" (Alexandria's Rose) Manolo is an example of an integral artist in Spain and Spanish speaking America. ---wikipedia
