Carlos Roldán – guitar

Carlos Roldan.Guitarist, researcher, arranger and composer Argentino. Born in Wilde, Avellaneda, Buenos Aires, 22 April 1989.

He began studying classical guitar at age 9 with teachers and Carlos Miguel Restil Schupak at the Institute of Folklore and Crafts Argentinas. Then continuing his studies with guitarist Jorge Santos at the Institute of Music in Avellaneda. Among his awards are the following: "Bonaerenses Youth Tournament 2004" (first prize), finalist in the contest "Pre-cosquín 2005 and 2006, first prize in the" Music for Guitar Argentina 2006 "organized by World Guitars , and declared "Exemplary Citizen" by the Honorable City Council of the city of Avellaneda.

His repertoire includes works of their own and other composers as Abel Fleury, Juan Falu, Atahualpa Yupanqui, Carlos Di Fulvio, Ramon Ayala, Victor Velazquez, Carlos Moscardini, Ernesto Méndez, Walter Heinze, Jorge Cardoso, Eduardo Falu, and so on. He continues perfected in the instrument and gives concerts all over the world.
