This was never an original record, but two sessions put together. There is no doubt that fans of SARAH could have take two records of RODGERS AND HART songs ,but we are forced to content ourself with only one.At least ,there are songs like WHY CAN'T I,IT'S EASY TO REMEMBER and IT'S GOT TO BE LOVE that ELLA FITZGERALD did not recorded on her famous songbook of 1956.There are countless versions of MY FUNNY VALENTINE and SARAH'S is one of the good ones(SINATRA'S FIRST CAPITOL ALBUM HAS THE GREATEST);BEWITCHED is also present in its abridged version(ELLA HAS THE COMPLETE ONE)FRANK SINATRA, who knew a thing or two about the art of singing, once said of SARAH:when i hear her sing, i feel like cutting my throat or my wrists.Like i said in a previous critic, there was only one SASSY. --Alain Robert, amazon.com
