Released in 2007 through his own Etage Noir Recordings label, Shine is the third album from Austrian producer, DJ, and electro-swing pioneer Parov Stelar. I discovered the music of Parov Stelar in February of this year for my self and "Seven and Storms" is still one of my favorite albums. This album has now a sucessor: Shine. It´s the same mixture of Jazz, Soul and Downbeat that made the first album one of my favorite albums. It´s not as good as it´s first one but it´s still way beyond 95% of the trash that was published this year. My only critic remark to the album is the recycling of some ideas of the first album.
