This CD marks the third full-length release by the Detroit Blues Band. Featured for the first time is guitarist, singer, songwriter, Michael Marsac. Also featured as a songwriter, for the first time, is Billy Landless. With sixteen songs at 63 plus minutes, the Detroit Blues Band really gives the listener their money's worth. (This is also the final release from the band - ending a 25 year run) for more from members: Mystery Train, The Motor City Sheiks, The Rick Stel Band. ---cdbaby.com

This one is a good disc of electric blues. Basically, guitar, bass and drums and there is a lot of guitar here which feels right to match the songs and is not overcooked or blasting away. 16 tracks with a good variety of styles, this features singer and guitarist Michael Marsac. Of particular note is the songwriting which I felt was very strong on this release. Well done and recommended. Too bad this band has broken up after about 25 years. --- 6 String Guy, amazon.com
