The Scrappy Harris Blues Band played at the Horse You Came In On, a little dive bar in Baltimore, MD, in the early 1990s. This is their first and last CD. The band featured some incredible musicianship, and had a sense of humor, too. The sound has been described as Adam Sandler meets the early Stones at Stevie Ray's house.
