This is one of the best blues CDs I own and I own a lot of them. If you like blues or rock you will love this CD. It truely does sound like a blend of AC/DC and Eric Clapton. I can't get enough of it. ---Ed Cahoon, amazon.com

It's a Blues Thing is a good, but uninspiring, live set recorded with Esther Phillips, featuring such Ray Charles staples as "You Are My Sunshine" and "Cryin' Time." --- Stephen Thomas Erlewine, Rovi
