The Pablo All-Stars Jam:

Ronnie Scott (tenor saxophone),
Clark Terry (trumpet, flugelhorn),
Milt Jackson (vibraphone),
Oscar Peterson (piano),
Joe Pass (guitar),
Niels-Henning Orsted Pedersen (bass),
Bobby Durham (drums).

This CD reissue expands upon the original Pablo LP by adding a fifth song ("Sweethearts on Parade") to the original fourtune program. This jam session differs from Pablo's other recordings in that it includes the great English tenor Ronnie Scott along with the regular all-star personnel (vibraphonist Milt Jackson, flugehornist Clark Terry, guitarist Joe Pass, pianist Oscar Peterson, bassist Niels Pedersen and drummer Bobby Durham). Everyone plays well on the standards but Terry takes honors with a beautiful statement on "God Bless the Child." ~ Scott Yanow
